Refund Eligibility

We accept refund requests under the following conditions:

  1. Digital Products & Services
    Refunds are granted if:

    • The product or service was not delivered as promised.
    • There is a clear technical issue that cannot be resolved.
  2. Custom Logo Design
    Refunds may be considered if:

    • The design process has not yet commenced.
    • The final product is significantly different from the agreed-upon design brief.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for:

  • Completed logo design projects with client approval.
  • Any modifications made after delivery.
  • Change-of-mind requests.

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at support@digitallypl.us/ within 7 days of receiving the product or service.
  2. Include your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

Refund Approval

If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
